
This is an jpeg of my maze from a distance. I like how the light is set in certain parts of the maze, but didn't like how it often reflected to the exterior of the maze,rather then the interior.
This is a jpeg of my maze up close. i like how the light is portrayed in this image. I would like to definitely learn more about maya and how to render these effects more effectively.

to improve this asset, break up the textures on the walls and floor by adding different materials to different planes. dim down the initial light source and place a few point lights around to make for more dynamic lighting throughout the level
